Snehalatha - 52 Yrs – Acoustic Schwannoma
Before
- Initial size: 2.3x1.6x1.9cm on June 23.
- Follow-up on Oct 23: increased size to 2.3x2.1×2.0 cm.
- Experienced total hearing loss on the left side.
- Mild necrosis, and hydrocephalus due to nerve compression.
- Frequent urination because of compression on vagus nerve
After
- Underwent 7 days of treatment after Tumour size decreased to 1.6 x 1.9×2.4cm
- No necrosis or hydrocephalus
- Nerves are no longer compressed
- Regained hearing in the left ear
- Symptom-free even after exercise. No frequent urination
- Treatment was discontinued on her own after 7 days
